Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in any discipline with 55% marks (or UGC 7-point grade B) with 15 years as Assistant Professor (AGP 7000 / Level 11+) or 8 years at AGP 8000 / Level 12+ with educational administration experience; OR comparable research-establishment/higher-education experience; OR 15 years administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent at Level 12+.
Desirable
- Management degree or LLB; ERP/computing systems; CFTI experience; office-process digitalization.
Deputation Eligibility
- GoI/PSU/CFTI/Central University officers: analogous Level-14 post, or 3 years at Level 13, or 8 years as Deputy Registrar in CFTIs — plus the prescribed qualifications. NOC, vigilance and cadre clearances required.
