Project Title

“Design and development of robotic additive manufacturing system for sustainable construction”

Essential Qualification

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in one of the following or an allied discipline:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Materials Engineering

• Manufacturing Engineering

• Mechatronics

• Robotics

Candidates should also have hands-on experience in areas such as:

• Additive manufacturing

• Materials processing

• Product design

• Mechanical characterization

• CAD/CAM

• Experimental research related to advanced manufacturing

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in developing, processing or characterising:

• Cement-based composites

• Polymer/composite materials

• Additive manufacturing feedstocks

• Robotic or automated manufacturing setups
