Applications are invited for One (01) contractual position of Program Associate-I at the Student Affairs Office, IIT Gandhinagar. The incumbent will manage hostel admissions, room allotments, and resident records; coordinate hostel operations with caretakers including housekeeping, maintenance, security, laundry, and mess services; handle student grievances; maintain occupancy records, attendance, inventories, and hostel databases; assist in emergency response; prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation; coordinate with outsourced agencies; and support the organization of student activities and hostel-related events.
