The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), through its Industrial Research and Development (IRD) Unit, Hauz Khas, New Delhi - 110016, invites candidates of Indian nationality to appear for a walk-in test / interview for 01 post of Jr. Project Attendant on a contractual basis under the project titled Value-added finishing of Ahimsa/Kosa silk using Sustainable techniques (sub-project under RP04877) (RM00015G), funded by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Appointment shall be on contractual basis on consolidated pay, renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: SSC (10th class) pass.
- Desirable: Relevant experience in Fibre / Textile manufacturing.
- 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to SC / ST candidates.
- In case of selection of a retired or superannuated government employee, salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.

- Candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications and experience should appear for the walk-in test / interview on 22/09/2026 at TX115, Dept. of Textile and Fibre Engineering, New Building (998), IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi - 110016.
- Original certificates (both academic and professional) will be verified on the date of the interview.
- No candidate who is already employed at the Institute / IRD shall be interviewed unless his or her application has been duly forwarded by the concerned establishment or sections.
