The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), through its Industrial Research and Development (IRD) Unit, Hauz Khas, New Delhi - 110016, has invited applications from Indian nationals for 09 project posts on a contractual basis under the project titled Design and Development of an AI/ML-Driven Toolkit for Automated Cybersecurity Audits and Compliance Framework (RM00023G_SN), funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Cyber Security Group). Appointments shall carry consolidated pay plus HRA, renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria
- Principal Project Scientist: Ph.D. (1st class) or M.Tech. / MS(R) / MCA (1st class) with 06 years experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Communication or equivalent areas. Desirable: in-depth understanding of computer systems, cyber security and machine learning; experience in leading relevant projects.
- Sr. Project Assistant (Tech): B.Tech. (1st class) or Graduate degree (1st class) with 05 years experience in the same areas. Desirable: experience of completing programming-related projects.
- Sr. Research Engineer: B.Tech. (1st class) with two years experience or M.Tech. (1st class) in the same areas. Desirable: good frontend and backend application development skills.
- Sr. Project Scientist: M.Tech. / MS(R) / MCA (1st class) or B.Tech. (1st class) with 03 years experience in the same areas. Desirable: in-depth understanding of computer systems, cyber security and machine learning.
- Research Associate: Ph.D. (1st class) or M.Tech. (1st class) with 03 years experience in the same areas. Desirable: in-depth understanding of computer systems, cyber security and machine learning.
- 5 percent relaxation of marks may be granted to SC/ST candidates.
Pay Scale
Post-wise consolidated pay slabs from Rs. 47,790 up to Rs. 1,01,610 per month plus HRA at 30 percent, and Rs. 58,000 per month plus HRA for the Research Associate posts. In case of selection of a retired or superannuated government employee, salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.

- Only shortlisted candidates will be informed and called for the online interview.
