+ 1. Assistant Professor Grade-I
+ - Pay Scale: 7th CPC Pay Level 12, Rs.1,01,500 - Rs.1,67,400/- per month
+ - Qualification: PhD in relevant discipline with first class or equivalent in preceding degree
+ - Experience: Minimum 3 years of industrial/research/teaching experience after PhD (experience gained before/during PhD excluded)

+ - Pay Scale: 7th CPC Pay Level 10, Rs.57,700 - Rs.98,200/- per month (starting approx. Rs.70,900)

+ - Experience: Fresh PhD eligible (no prior experience required)

+ 1. PhD with consistently good academic record
+ 2. First class or equivalent grade in preceding degree in respective discipline
+ 3. Demonstrated ability to teach and communicate well
