Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai invites applications from Indian nationals for the positions of Research Associate-III (RA-III) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in an ANRF (Anusandhan National Research Foundation) funded research project under the ARG Scheme.
Project Details
Title: Design and Development of Multi Input Converter based Dynamically Reconfigurable Battery Pack with Smart Charging for Micro Urban Electric Mobility
Principal Investigator: Dr. Lalit Kumar Sahu, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, IIT Bhilai (lalitsahu@iitbhilai.ac.in)
Co-Principal Investigator: Dr. Hemachander Allamsetty, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, NIT Puducherry, Karaikal

Essential Qualifications
For JRF: Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, selected through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship / GATE) or national-level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Departments (DST, DBT, DAE, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.).
For RA-III: Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent, OR 3 years of research, teaching and design & development experience after ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science / Computer Application, with at least one research paper in an SCI-indexed journal.
Desirable: Experience in EV technology, vehicular batteries/BMS, power electronic converters, electric drives, ML, predictive/data analytics, MATLAB/Simulink; strong communication and project management skills.
