- Indian nationals; qualifications, experience and age are reckoned as on the closing date of the advertisement
- Upper age limit: 38 years for Group B posts and 33 years for Group C posts, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD candidates as per Government of India rules
