- Education: Master’s degree with 50% marks with an excellent command over the English language, computer key depression speed of 60 wpm, and 1-year Diploma / Proficiency certificate in Computer and Office applications from a recognized Institute.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Govt. organisations in Pay Level-6 or above.
- Desirable: English stenography/shorthand at 100 wpm; experience as PA/Private Secretary to a Director, Dean, Registrar or equivalent senior functionary in an IIT/IISER/NIT/Central University/National Laboratory/CFTI; e-Office, MS Office and office automation proficiency.
- Age: Maximum 38 years (as on 21.10.2026); relaxation as per GoI/Institute norms.
