IIMSFIE, a Section 8 Company of IIM Shillong, invites applications for the following positions (professional contract, renewable/extendable for 3 years with 6 months probation):

1. Manager (Incubation)

• Position: Manager (Incubation)
• No. of Posts: 1
• Location: Shillong, Meghalaya
• Contract Duration: 3 years
• Probation: 6 months
• Age Limit: Less than 40 years as on last date
• Remuneration: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 (all inclusive) per month + annual increment up to 10% + performance-linked incentives

Qualification: Postgraduate degree (full-time) in Business Administration, Technology, or related disciplines from a nationally recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience in industry/related institutions/start-up ecosystem.

2. Assistant Manager (Admin & Accounts)

• Position: Assistant Manager (Admin & Accounts)
• No. of Posts: 2
• Location: Shillong, Meghalaya
• Contract Duration: 3 years
• Probation: 6 months
• Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (all-inclusive) per month + annual increment up to 10% + performance-based incentives

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with proven understanding of routine administrative and accounting/reporting jobs.

Preferred Profile: Familiarity with accounts/administrative matters in Section 8 / Not-for-Profit / Professional Organizations.
