Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Management (preferably with specialization in operations & supply chain management) or a related field.
• An excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode.

Publication Requirement

• At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed journal (national or international), reflecting the ability to conduct independent research, apply appropriate methodologies, and contribute to scholarly knowledge.

Desirable Qualifications

• Preference shall be given to candidates who have demonstrated research experience in publishing high-quality research papers in reputed journals.
• Command over R/Python coding, including experience in statistical modeling, data analysis, simulation, and reproducible research workflows.

Work Experience

• Senior Research Associate: Ph.D. with a minimum of 3 years of research experience
• Research Associate 'A': Ph.D. with a minimum of 2 years of research experience
• Research Associate 'B': Ph.D. required
• Senior Research Assistant: MBA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Note: Candidates must clearly indicate the position they are applying for in their application.

Emoluments

• The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, depending on qualifications and post-PhD experience.
• HRA as per applicable norms will also be provided.

Job Specification

The selected candidate will assist Prof. Divya Choudhary in research-related activities, including:

• Data analysis
• Literature review
• Empirical work
• Preparation of research output

Mode of Selection

• Applications will be scrutinized and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email for an interview.
• The interview will be conducted online only.

General Terms and Conditions

• The position is purely contractual in nature.
• The candidate selected will be appointed on a contractual basis for an initial period of 11 months, which may be extended further based on performance and institute requirements.

• Only eligible candidates will be called for the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, if called for.
