- Senior Research Assistant: PhD candidate (thesis submitted) with MBA + minimum 2 years relevant post-MBA pre-PhD experience.
- Minimum 60% marks throughout, preferably in Operations/Supply Chain Management/Decision Sciences or allied areas.
IIM Lucknow Qualification / Education
- Ph.D. or PhD thesis-submitted candidate (as per position), preferably in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences or allied areas, with strong research competence.
- At least one peer-reviewed publication desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel, Maple/Mathematica and regression analysis preferred.

- Senior Research Associate: Ph.D. with minimum 3 years post-PhD research experience.
- Research Associate A: Ph.D. with minimum 2 years post-PhD research experience.
- Research Associate B: Ph.D.
- Senior Research Assistant: Ph.D. candidate at thesis-submitted stage with MBA and minimum 2 years relevant post-MBA pre-PhD experience.
