IIML Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC) - Head/Project Lead (Programme) on consultant role
IIML-EIC invites applications for one (01) position of Head/Project Lead-Programme (as consultant) for a period of 1 year. The role plans, executes and monitors the entrepreneurship programmes - coordinating with the implementation team, ensuring delivery quality and tracking outcomes.
Key responsibilities: develop comprehensive strategy for entrepreneurship programmes; lead and manage the team; coordinate end-to-end incubation support & capacity-building initiatives; support design & delivery of programmes; ensure timely execution of deliverables; build stakeholder relationships; track progress & report milestones; organize workshops/meetings/review sessions; collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
