- Maximum Age Limit: 55 years (as on the date of notification).
- Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs.39,000/- (including Rs.3,500 financial support for accommodation and Rs.500 telephone allowance).
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. For Ex-servicemen, SSLC with at least 15 years of service in the Armed Forces will be equivalent to Graduation.
- Experience: At least five years of experience in the management of facilities i.e. Estate, Housekeeping, Transport, Fire Safety, Security, Guest House Management etc.
- Job Location: IIMK-Kochi Campus, Near Cochin University Metro Station, Kochi University-PO, Ernakulam, Kerala-682022.
- Engagement: Contract basis for six months; extension subject to job requirements and performance.
