The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) offers the opportunity to develop skills and learn as an Academic Associate (AA).
Eligibility
- Post-graduation or equivalent in Management, Social Sciences (preference would be given to Psychology and Sociology), Economics, Finance, Mass Communication, Mathematics, Computer Science and Statistics.
- Candidates pursuing doctoral programmes/Ph.D. can also apply.
- Minimum 60% marks throughout.

Job Profile
To assist IIM Calcutta faculty members in their academic endeavours in the manner directed by the respective faculty.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Consolidated stipend of ₹34,000 per month, revised annually based on performance as per Institute rules.

Tenure
The engagement is initially for one year, extendable annually by up to two more years on the basis of performance and the requirement of the Institute.
