Eligibility & Qualifications
Corporate Relations Officer: Postgraduate degree in Management/Business Administration/Marketing/Human Resources or a related discipline, with at least five years of relevant experience in corporate business development, institutional sales, executive education or key account management.
Manager - Executive Education & Consulting: Postgraduate qualification in Management or an equivalent discipline, with relevant experience in executive education, programme management, training administration or institutional administration.
Estate Officer: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks and at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in construction, estate management or maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, of which at least 5 years should be in a Pay Level 10 or above post.
Assistant Manager - EEC: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university; a postgraduate qualification is desirable, along with relevant experience in programme administration or event management.
Assistant Manager - Programme & Campus Operations: Master's degree in Management with at least 50% marks, or CA/ICWA, or a master's degree with a PG Diploma in Management, plus at least seven years of post-qualification experience.
IT Support Engineer - Network & Security: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/ECE/CSE/IT or MCA with six years of post-qualification experience at L3 level, or a three-year polytechnic diploma/B.Sc. Computer Science/BCA with eight years of experience; CCNP/BCNE/Fortinet NSE Level 3 or higher certification is mandatory.
Editorial Assistant: Postgraduation in any field with at least 50% marks (postgraduation in management preferred) and three years of copy-editing experience desirable.
Hindi Supervisor: Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject or medium, or master's in English with Hindi, with 50% marks; or a bachelor's degree with 50% marks having Hindi and English, plus a recognised diploma/certificate in translation or two years of translation experience.
Emoluments
Consolidated monthly pay is fixed within the range shown against each post based on experience and qualification, subject to the Selection Committee's recommendation. The Corporate Relations Officer additionally earns performance-linked variable pay, assessed quarterly against KPIs, which is not guaranteed.
