Group 'A' Positions (Direct Recruitment)

• Superintending Engineer – Pay Level 13, Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900 (UR-01), Age < 50 years.
• Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) – Pay Level 12, Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200 (UR-01), Age < 50 years.
• Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer (FA & CAO) – Pay Level 11, Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 (UR-01), Age < 45 years.
• System Manager – Pay Level 11, Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 (UR-01), Age < 45 years.
• Administrative Officer (AO) – Pay Level 10, Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 (UR-01, OBC-01), Age < 45 years.

Group 'B' Position (Direct Recruitment)

• Hindi Officer – Pay Level 08, Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100 (UR-01), Age < 35 years.

Group 'C' Position (Direct Recruitment)

• Hindi Translator-cum-typist – Pay Level 03, Rs. 21,700 – 69,100 (UR-01), Age < 30 years.

On Contract Positions

• General Manager (Administration) – Rs. 1,50,000/- per month (Consolidated) + Medical Insurance.
• Chief Security Officer – Rs. 95,000/- per month (Consolidated) + Medical Insurance.
• Legal Officer – Rs. 95,000/- per month (Consolidated) + Medical Insurance.

IIM Sirmaur Age Limit 2026

• Superintending Engineer / CAO: preferably below 50 years.
• FA & CAO / System Manager / Administrative Officer: preferably below 45 years.
• Hindi Officer: preferably below 35 years; Hindi Translator-cum-typist: preferably below 30 years.
• GM (Administration) & Chief Security Officer: below 50 / 56 years for in-service candidates (below 65 years for retired persons); Legal Officer: below 60 years.
• Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/NC-OBC/PwD) as per Govt. of India norms.

IIM Sirmaur Application Fee 2026

Candidates (other than SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates) are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1,200/- through the online payment gateway.

IIM Sirmaur Selection Process 2026

• Group 'A' & On Contract positions: Personal Interview (Institute reserves right to shortlist via written test or other criteria if applications are large in number).
• Group 'B' & 'C' positions: Written Test (50 marks MCQ: GK & Current Affairs 10, General English 10, Quantitative Ability & Reasoning 15, Profession-related 15) + Skill Test (30 marks) + Personal Interview (20 marks). Selection on total marks out of 100, in order of merit.
