Applications are invited from eligible candidates as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the ANRF (DST-SERB) sponsored project (ANRF/ECRG/2025/004141/ENS) under the supervision of Dr. Anjali, ABV-IIITM, Gwalior (An Autonomous Institute under MHRD, Govt. of India). The duration of the position extends for a maximum of two years. The candidates can be enrolled in the Ph.D. program as per the institute norms.
ABOUT THE PROJECT: This project aims to develop an Edge-AI-enabled Digital Twin based multimodal smart health monitoring system for continuous, real-time detection of physiological and behavioural anomalies. By integrating wearable sensors, WiFi CSI, IMU, and ambient IoT data with lightweight edge intelligence, the system provides privacy-preserving, personalised health monitoring and early alerts. The project will deliver an optimized edge-deployable prototype capable of robust human activity recognition, anomaly detection, and Digital Twin driven health insights for smart-home and elderly healthcare applications.
