ABV-IIITM Gwalior IPDF Post-Doctoral Fellow Job Details & Overview
ABV-IIITM Gwalior, an Institute of National Importance, invites applications for Institute Post-Doctoral Fellows (IPDF) and Externally Funded Post-Doctoral Fellows (EFPDF) on a rolling basis.
Departments
Information Technology (IT), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Engineering Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Management Studies (MS).
Eligibility (IPDF)
- Indian national with Ph.D./equivalent doctorate from recognized institute/university, first class (>=6.5 CGPA/60%) in all degrees from graduation onward.
- At least one degree from graduation onward or regular pay-scale/guest faculty experience from CFTIs (preferably IISc/IITs/IIITs/NITs/IIMs/ISI/IISERs) or foreign university with QS rank ≤500.
- Age ≤ 35 years at time of application; apply within 5 years of Ph.D. award (defense date).
- Ph.D. from ABV-IIITM Gwalior applicants can apply only after 1 year of Ph.D. defense viva-voce approval.
- At least 3 publications in SCI/SSCI/SCIE, with at least 1 in Q1 journal as per latest JCR.

Duration & Responsibilities
- Initial 1 year, extendable to maximum 2 years based on performance
- Teaching/load up to 8 hours/week (tutorials/labs/seminars)
- Assist in writing externally funded proposals, may co-guide B.Tech/M.Tech students with approval
- Targets: 1 manuscript submitted in Q1 journal in Year 1; in Year 2, 1 accepted in Q1 + 1 submitted
