Eligibility
- Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Good academic record with at least 55% marks.
- A total of 12 years' experience, including at least 8 years of relevant experience at Pay Level 10 or equivalent private-sector experience.
- Maximum age 50 years as per the recruitment rules.
- Experience in preparation of estimates, execution and supervision of civil/electrical/mechanical/sanitary works, estate management, tendering, building audits, labour-law compliance and maintenance.
- The post is unreserved (UR).

- Project Engineer and Estate Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 55% marks; 12 years' total experience with 8 years at Level 10 or equivalent.
Age Limit
