IIIT Kalyani – Project Assistant (PA) & Intern Positions (TTDFQT Project)

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kalyani, an Institute of National Importance, invites applications for Project Assistant (PA) and Intern positions in Computer Science and Engineering under the TCoE, Department of Telecommunication (DoT), Ministry of Communication, Government of India sponsored project entitled "Design and Development of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Algorithms and Security Analysis: Code Based" (Inst. Code: IIITK/SRIC/TCoE/25-26/TTDFQT). Advt. No. IIITK/Rectt/TTDFQT_SRIC-PA-Intern/2026/14 dated 01-10-2026. Principal Investigator: Dr. Debasish Bera; Co-PI: Dr. Bhaskar Biswas, Dept. of CSE.

Project Assistant (PA)02B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 60% marks throughout (2nd/3rd/4th year candidates may also apply); OR M.Sc. in Mathematics or an allied/relevant area with minimum CGPA 6 (10-point scale) or 55%. Must be well versed in programming in C and Python; knowledge of coding theory, cryptography, machine learning and deep learning is an added advantage.
InternAs requiredAs per the Summer Internship form enclosed with the advertisement.

Honorarium & Tenure

Up to Rs.15,000 per month, renewable every three months (intern) / six months (Project Assistant) after evaluation of satisfactory performance.
