Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. (Awarded) in Engineering/Technology from a recognized Indian University/Institute, with
• a good number of research publication(s) in reputed journal(s).

Desirable Qualification

• At least 4 years of experience (research/professional) in VLSI Analog-Mixed Signal / Quantum Computing;
• Two published papers in SCOPUS/SCI (Web of Science)/UGC Care listed or other reputed indexed journals.

Fellowship and Age

Fellowship is Rs. 57,000/- per month (consolidated). Age limit is maximum 45 years; the upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and Physically Handicapped candidates.

Duration

The project is valid up to 31st March 2027 and may be renewed subject to availability of funds.

1. Interested eligible candidates should appear for the walk-in interview on 18.08.2026 at 11.00 AM at the School of VLSI Technology, IIEST, Shibpur, Howrah – 711103.
2. Bring an application letter in plain paper, a recent bio-data, photocopies of the mark sheets, certificates, work experience certificate and a valid identity proof.
3. All documents should be self-attested. Documents will be verified at the time of joining; the selection will be cancelled if any discrepancy is found.
4. All applications must mention a valid e-mail id and phone number for further communication.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
