+ - Candidates must pay a One Time Registration (OTR) fee of Rs.590/- on ICSIL website (icsil.in) BEFORE the walk-in
+ - Only candidates who have registered online and paid OTR fee will be entertained
+ - Bring proof of OTR fee payment (printout from manage profile) at the time of walk-in
