Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL), Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi invites applications for 02 positions (Lead Project Associate – Accounts and Sr. Project Associate – Planning) deployed in the Department of Forest and Wildlife, GNCT of Delhi (Advt No. ICSIL/RC/10-A/Forest Deptt.(HQ)/2026-27).

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• Lead PA (Accounts): Post Graduate from a recognized university + minimum 06 years full-time experience in a Govt Department. Desirable: general ledger accounting, month-end/year-end closing, taxation/statutory compliance, accounting software proficiency.
• Sr. PA (Planning): Post Graduate in Environment Studies, Urban Planning, Forest Management and allied sciences OR B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch + minimum 4–6 years full-time experience in a Govt Department. Desirable: forestry, wildlife, environment management, plan/report drafting, data analysis, MS Office.

Selection Process

Shortlisting based on scrutiny of documents (age, qualification, experience) followed by interaction/interview (may include skill/written test). No TA/DA paid.
