- Technical assistance for acquisition/purchase of land/premises; planning, execution, monitoring and supervision of infrastructure projects (new/additional construction, furnishing, repair, renovation, maintenance)
- Assessment and verification of drawings, concept plans, cost estimates, structural audit, MEP/HVAC/electrical/plumbing/fire-safety drawings per Govt norms
- Scrutiny and processing of contractor/PMC/architect/consultant bills; day-to-day construction monitoring
