Essential Qualification
- First Class Postgraduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) in Public Health/Community Medicine/Health Sciences/Life Sciences/Epidemiology or related subjects; OR
- Second Class Postgraduate Degree (including integrated PG degrees) with PhD in the above subjects.
Desirable
- Background in Community Medicine/Public Health/MPH.
- Experience in women's health, reproductive health, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, infertility or related public health/clinical research.
- Experience in hospital-based or multicentric research, patient recruitment, data collection, follow-up and data management.
- Experience in qualitative or mixed-methods research (interviews, FGDs, stakeholder consultations, co-design).
- Experience in IEC documents, SOPs, CRFs, consent forms and study tools; proficiency in MS Office and SPSS/R/STATA/NVivo.
- Good communication skills; knowledge of Marathi/Hindi desirable.
