Eligibility
- Senior Project Scientist: proven experience with AI for classifying biological datasets; designing, training and validating AI/ML architectures (deep learning, GNNs or transformers) for biological sequences, structural biology or clinical data; code repositories, technical documentation and peer-reviewed publications. Position 1b additionally requires omics data analysis (single-cell and bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, spatial omics, proteomics, metabolomics, genomics or imaging) and proficiency in Python and R/MATLAB.
- SRF: experience in bioinformatics projects, preferably using AI for classification of biological datasets; Python, Linux and databases; coding in Python/JAVA and contemporary web technologies. Deep-learning frameworks (CNNs, GNNs, transformers, multimodal learning) are desirable.
