- Young Professional-I: B.Sc. (Agriculture) OR B.Sc. in any discipline of science (medical) with minimum six months' research experience, Post B.Sc.
- Laboratory cum Field Attendant: 12th Pass. Only candidates meeting the minimum essential qualification shall be allowed to appear in the walk-in interview.
- Desirable (YP-I): Experience in field/lab experimentation, microbiology research and data entry.
- Desirable (Lab cum Field Attendant): Work experience on farming and agricultural farm management practices (used for scoring only; certificate of experience required).
- Maximum age: 45 years for both posts. Age relaxation of five years for SC/ST and women candidates and three years for OBC candidates is admissible, subject to self-attested documents at the time of walk-in.
