IARI Young Professional-II Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Agricultural Economics, Dairy Economics, Fisheries Economics, Agricultural Statistics or Economics, with thesis work.
- Desirable: experience in collection and analysis of primary and secondary data, handling MS Excel, R and STATA, and good scientific writing skills.
- Age between 21 and 45 years as on the date of interview; relaxation of five years for SC/ST and women and three years for OBC.
- NOC from the current employer is required if already employed.

About the post
ICAR-IARI invites applications for one Young Professional-II under the project “Economic survey on stakeholder/s preferences in target crops under ICAR-Network Project on Translational Genomics in Crop Plants (TGCP)” in the Division of Agricultural Economics. Engagement is up to 31 March 2027 or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
