Indian Air Force (IAF) – under the Agnipath scheme – has released the Admit Card / Hall Ticket for Agniveervayu Intake 01/2027 – Musician Trade. Online registration was conducted on agniveervayu.cdac.in, and the selection rally / online test is scheduled from 31 August to 9 September 2026 across multiple centres.

- Scheme: Agnipath – enrolment for 4 years as Agniveervayu, with up to 25% retention into IAF regular cadre.

Selection Process
- Online Written Test: Online examination with sections in English, Mathematics, RAGA (Reasoning & General Awareness), and a musical aptitude / practical test conducted at the rally centre.
- Physical Fitness Test: 1.6 km run in 7 min 30 sec, push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups.
- Skill Test / Audition: Practical demonstration of musical proficiency (instrumental / vocal as per trade applied).
- Medical Examination & Document Verification.
Salary during 4-year Agniveer engagement
- Year 1: Rs. 30,000/month (in-hand ~Rs. 21,000 after deductions)
- Year 2: Rs. 33,000/month
- Year 3: Rs. 36,500/month
- Year 4: Rs. 40,000/month
- Seva Nidhi (one-time, tax-free, at exit): Rs. 11.71 lakh (with Govt. contribution & interest).
- Non-contributory life insurance cover of Rs. 48 lakh from Air Force Group Insurance Society.
