HP JSV Para Workers Recruitment 2026 – 40 Posts

Jal Shakti Vibhag, Division Sunni (District Hamirpur), Himachal Pradesh has invited offline applications (Notification No. JSV-DS-CB-EA-II-Para-Engagement/2026-5108-51) for the engagement of 40 posts of Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter and Multi-Purpose Worker on honorarium basis (6 hours per day) under the Para Worker Policy of the Department. Eligible candidates can apply offline by 29/08/2026.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit (as on 29.08.2026): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 45 years.
• Domicile: Bonafide Himachali certificate required.
• BPL certificate (if applicable) issued within the last six months.
• EWS certificate issued within the last six months; OBC certificate within the last one year.
• Experience certificate (if any) issued by JSV, HPPWD, CPWD, PSUs or an outsourcing agency providing services in Himachal Pradesh.

Selection Process

• Para Pump Operator / Para Fitter: Merit based on Matriculation marks (5), BPL family (1), Experience in related field (2 marks, 1/2 mark for every completed six months), Skill test & Physical test (2).
• Multi-Purpose Worker: As per Para Worker Policy of the department.
• Shortlisting may be carried out if applications are significantly higher than posts.
• Document Verification and Medical Examination.

How to Apply (Offline)

1. Download the application form from the official website jsv.hp.nic.in or obtain it from the Jal Shakti Division office.
2. Fill the application form carefully with correct details.
3. Attach self-attested copies of required documents: age proof, BPL certificate (if applicable), educational and technical certificates, Bonafide Himachali certificate, category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), experience certificate (if any).
4. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
5. Submit the completed application to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Vibhag Division Sunni, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh by Speed Post/Registered Post or by hand.
6. Ensure the application reaches before 29.08.2026 up to 5:00 PM. Late applications will be rejected.

Other Important Information

• Engagement on honorarium basis (Rs. 6,000-7,100 per month) for 6 hours per day under departmental schemes.
• Number of vacancies may increase or decrease depending upon the vacancy position and requirements.
• Original certificates/testimonials verified at the time of evaluation.
