Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: MBA – HR / PGDM (HR).
- Essential: Minimum 10 years (Senior Manager) and 12 years (DGM) post-qualification experience in Learning and Capability Development, including skills-gap analysis, competency frameworks, leadership development, digital learning ecosystems, LMS/LXP management, blended learning, coaching and mentoring, learning analytics and impact measurement.
- Desirable: Exposure to AI-enabled and personalized learning, succession readiness, knowledge management and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
Gross Salary: Senior Manager approx. Rs. 1,26,420; DGM approx. Rs. 1,47,490 (Non-Metro). Annual CTC: Senior Manager approx. Rs. 18.54 Lakhs; DGM approx. Rs. 21.57 Lakhs (at minimum of scale).
