HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, invites applications for the position of Manager – Legal on a Permanent basis (Ref. Code HLL/HR/075/2026).

Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University / Institution.
- Essential: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in corporate legal matters, litigation management, contract drafting and vetting, legal advisory, arbitration, statutory and regulatory compliance, coordination with courts, tribunals and external legal counsel.
- Desirable: Experience in a Government organisation, CPSE or large corporate entity; exposure to vigilance matters, departmental inquiries or investigations.
Gross Salary: approx. Rs. 1,05,350 (Non-Metro). Annual CTC: approx. Rs. 15.50 Lakh (at minimum of scale).
