Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Graduation in B.Pharm / B.Tech with MBA in Marketing / Operations Management.
- Essential: Minimum 12 years experience for DGM and 15 years for DVP level. Proven experience in pharmacy retail, regional sales, multi-outlet supervision, team management, business development, channel or territory management.
Gross Salary: DVP approx. Rs. 1,68,560; DGM approx. Rs. 1,47,490 (Non-Metro). Annual CTC: DVP approx. Rs. 24.61 Lakh; DGM approx. Rs. 21.57 Lakh (at minimum of scale).
