HPCL, Marketing Division (All India Locations) proposes to engage Graduate Apprentice Trainees - Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) at locations spread across India as per provision of Apprentices Act, 1961.

Important Dates:

Qualification:

• Engineering Graduation in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation from a recognised University / Institution
• Completed degree on or after 01 September 2023
• UR / OBC-NC: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in all semesters/years
• SC / ST / PwBD: Minimum 50% aggregate marks

Age Limit (as on 31 July 2026):

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 25 years
• Age relaxation: SC/ST — 5 yrs, OBC-NC — 3 yrs, PwBD — 10 yrs

Stipend:

Rs. 25,000/- per month (Rs. 20,500 paid by HPCL + Rs. 4,500 directly paid by GOI as per DBT scheme under Apprentices Act, 1961)

Duration: ONE YEAR

Selection Methodology:

• Screening based on merit percentage (marks) of qualifying examination
• Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) called for document verification
• Final merit list prepared post document verification
• Candidates engaged in merit order on accepting tri-partite apprenticeship contract on NATS website
• No TA/DA for document verification

Eligibility Notes:

• Only Indian nationals eligible
• Must be registered and approved on NATS 2.0 portal (by BOAT)
• Candidates who have been previously engaged as Apprentice or have existing apprenticeship contract under Apprentices Act, 1961 on NATS Portal are not eligible
• Candidates with 1 year or more work experience are not eligible
