Scale of Pay (IDA, pre-revised)
- Chief Manager: Rs. 29,100 - 54,500/-
- Senior Operations Manager: Rs. 24,900 - 50,500/-
- Operations Manager: Rs. 20,600 - 46,500/-
In addition to Basic Pay + DA, employees are entitled to Annual Increment, EPF, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement and leave encashment as per rules.
Terms & Other Conditions
- Appointment on FTC basis initially for 3 years, renewable based on performance/requirement.
- Selected candidates liable to serve at any HITES location across India or overseas.
- Age relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PWD 10 years as per Govt. of India rules.
- Only Indian Nationals need apply. Court of jurisdiction: New Delhi.
- Article ship/internship/training during professional courses not counted as post-qualification experience.
Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates shortlisted on initial scrutiny will be called for Interview / Skill Assessment Test (HITES may also conduct a preliminary test/GD depending on response). Shortlisting may be restricted by raising standards. No TA/DA for interview.
