High Court of Meghalaya Recruitment 2026 – Court Officer, JAA & Computer Operator (3 Posts)

The High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong invites online applications from eligible citizens of India for filling up 3 posts in the High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong (Advt. No. HCM.II/109/2020-Rect/49 dated 14.07.2026). The last date for submission of online applications is 14.08.2026 by 1700 hours.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

Court Officer: Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University.

Junior Administrative Assistant (JAA): Bachelor degree from a recognized University with Computer Knowledge.

Computer Operator: Bachelor degree from a recognized University with Diploma/Certificate in Computers.

Age Limit (as on last date fixed for receiving applications)

Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years for General category candidates, and maximum 37 years for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates. No application shall be entertained from a person whose age is less than 18 years.

Application Fee (Non-Refundable)

Fees may be paid using: 1. ATM Cum Debit Card issued by State Bank of India or Net Banking of State Bank of India account-holders (select ePayment and select State Bank of India in the Meghalaya Portal Page); 2. Cash payment at any branch of SBI using eChallans (payments must be made within 3 days from the last date of receipt of application). The amount once deposited shall not be refunded or adjusted against any other purpose.

Selection Process

Selection will be as per the recruitment rules of the High Court of Meghalaya. No TA/DA shall be paid to the applicants for attending the examination or personal interview.
