Eligibility
- Mate (Mines) and Driver-cum-Mechanic: Passed 10th / Matric under 10+2 system or equivalent.
- All other trades: ITI passed in the concerned trade from a recognised institute, plus 10th/Matric pass.
- Candidates with higher qualifications (Diploma / B.E. or B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) are not eligible and get no additional weightage.
- ITI passed in 2025 or earlier must submit an affidavit that they have not undergone apprenticeship or taken employment elsewhere.
- Age 18-25 years as on cut-off date; relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
Selection Process
- Merit-based, no written test or interview.
- Weightage: 30% to ITI trade marks + 70% to 10th board marks.
- For Mate (Mines) and Blaster (Mines) trades, 100% weightage to 10th board marks.
- Tie-break: candidate with higher age is placed higher.
- Final engagement subject to medical fitness as per company standards.
