Overview

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has issued the Interview Call Letters for candidates shortlisted in the Design Trainee (DT) and Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECT-02/2026. The call letter download for the Personal Interview scheduled at Bengaluru from 21st to 25th September 2026 is available on the official HAL recruitment portal from 12 September 2026. This stage follows the declaration of the CBT written exam result.

How to Download the HAL Interview Call Letter 2026

1. Visit the official HAL recruitment portal: cbexams.com – HAL Interview Call Letter 2026, or the Careers section of hal-india.co.in.
2. Open the link for "Interview Call Letter" for Design Trainee / Management Trainee 2026 under Advt No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECT-02/2026.
3. Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth (and captcha, where prompted).
4. Your Interview Call Letter will display the interview date, time slot and venue details.
5. Download and save it, and take at least two clear printouts.

Documents Required at the Interview

• Printed copy of the Interview Call Letter
• Valid government-issued photo ID proof
• Original and photocopies of educational mark sheets and degree certificate
• Certificate/proof of final qualifying aggregate, for final-year applicants at the time of application
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable, not older than the validity period prescribed in the official notification
• PwBD certificate from a competent authority, if claiming disability-based relaxation/reservation
• Any other document specifically listed on the interview call letter itself

Important Instructions

• Candidates must apply for only one post (either DT or MT); applying for both leads to rejection of candidature.
• HAL has issued a Caution Notice warning candidates against making any payment to individuals or agencies claiming to secure employment in HAL; HAL will take legal action against fraudsters.
• Selected trainees may be posted at HAL locations including Bengaluru, Tumakuru, Hyderabad, Nasik, Koraput, Barrackpore, Lucknow, Kanpur and Korwa.
• An application fee of ₹500 (inclusive of GST) applied at the registration stage; SC/ST/PwBD and internal HAL candidates were exempted.
