HAL ITI Trade Apprenticeship Joining Details 2026

Candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted must report on the scheduled date, time, and venue mentioned below to confirm their apprenticeship seat.

Candidates who fail to report on the given date and time will be presumed uninterested, and their candidature will stand cancelled automatically.

Medical Fitness Standards for HAL Apprenticeship

The Medical/Physical Fitness Certificate (Annexure-II) requires a registered doctor to certify the candidate against defined health standards, including:

Minimum height of 137 cm, minimum weight of 25.4 kg, and chest expansion of not less than 3.8 cm Normal vision, hearing, skin, and speech standards Blood pressure not exceeding 85 diastolic and 140 systolic, with systolic below 100 leading to rejection No evidence of tuberculosis, cardiovascular disease, or serious skeletal, nervous, or glandular system disorders

HAL ITI Trade Apprenticeship Dress Code - Uniform Requirements

All apprentice trainees must arrange their own uniforms as per the prescribed dress code (Annexure-III) before joining. This section explains the required uniform for boys and girls.

Candidates must arrange a minimum of two sets of uniforms on their own, and strict adherence to the dress code is mandatory throughout the training period, failing which disciplinary action may be taken.

This section highlights the key rules candidates must follow during the apprenticeship period at HAL, Hyderabad, as outlined in the official allotment letter.

Candidates should not carry electronic gadgets or baggage to the factory during training. HAL is under no obligation to provide employment after the completion of the apprenticeship training. No travelling allowance is paid; candidates must make their own travel arrangements during joining and training. Hostel accommodation (for boys) or Quarter accommodation (for girls) is available only on a sharing basis, subject to availability, and only for non-local candidates. Candidates who have already joined or completed an apprenticeship at any other establishment are not eligible. All trainees must strictly follow the rules and regulations issued by the TTC; violations may lead to cancellation of candidature or termination of training. No deviation from the instructions in the allotment letter will be entertained.
