Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Qualification: Regular/Full Time B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institution
- Minimum Aggregate: 70% for UR/OBC/EWS, 60% for SC/ST/PwBD (aggregate of all semesters/years)
- Age Limit: Max 28 years as on 14.08.2026 (UR/EWS). Relaxation: SC/ST - 5 years, OBC(NCL) - 3 years, PwBD - 10 years, Ex-Servicemen - 5 years. Max age after relaxation: 55 years (56 for PwBD).
- Application Fee: Rs. 500/- (inclusive of GST). SC/ST/PwBD/Internal candidates exempted.
Stipend & Benefits
- During Training: Basic Pay Rs. 50,000/- + VDA + Canteen Allowance + Bachelor Accommodation
- After Absorption: Engineer in Grade-II Scale of Pay Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/-
- Training Duration: 52 weeks (theoretical + On-the-Job training)
- Service Bond: 5 years (excluding training). Bond amount: max Rs. 15,00,000/-

- Online Computer Based Test: 2.5 hours, 3 parts - General Awareness (20 MCQs), English & Reasoning (40 MCQs), Discipline (100 MCQs). Test in Hindi or English.
- Personal Interview: At Bengaluru
- Shortlisting: 1:5 ratio based on Online Test marks
- Final Merit: 85% Online Test + 15% Interview. Minimum 50% marks required in each stage.
