Eligibility Criteria
- Option 1: Degree / Diploma (minimum 3 years) in Hotel Management & Catering Technology / Hospitality & Hotel Administration from an institute affiliated to NCHMCT / State Board of Technical Education / recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate + 2 years industry or teaching experience.
- Option 2: MA / M.Sc. in Home Science with 55% marks (Food & Nutrition / Nutrition & Dietetics / Institutional Management & Dietetics or equivalent).
- Option 3: B.Sc. (Home Science) with 1-year certificate course in Food & Beverage Service / Food Production + 1 year experience in the relevant trade.
- Age Limit: Must not have completed 65 years of age.
- Tenure: Till closure of school for summer vacation 2027 or posting of Junior Lecturer, whichever is earlier.
