Gurugram University (Mayfield Garden, Sector-51, Gurugram) has invited applications through Advertisement No. AFT-02/2026 for the engagement of 2 Adjunct Faculties in the Department of Media Studies. Walk-in Interview will be held on 19/08/2026.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Reputed practitioners, engineers from industry, scientists, academicians, scholars, policymakers - both serving and retired.
• Must possess qualification prescribed by UGC/respective Statutory Body OR be an accomplished professional with significant domain knowledge (industry candidates exempt from mandatory statutory qualification).
• Age: Engagement beyond 65 years is discouraged, except for candidates with exceptionally brilliant academic/industrial background.

Remuneration

Selection Procedure

• Direct Walk-in Interview (no written exam).
• Document verification followed by on-the-spot interview by the selection panel, which also decides the remuneration tier.
• Engagement duration: one semester (6 months) to six semesters (3 years).

1. Prepare bio-data/CV, a recent passport-size photograph and Xerox copies of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, educational and experience certificates.
2. Report at Gurugram University, Mayfield Garden, Sector-51, Gurugram, at least half an hour before the interview time on 19/08/2026.
3. Carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification.
4. Late arrivals will not be permitted to appear for the interview.
