Gujarat Energy Limited (GEL) (Erstwhile Gujarat Gas Limited), an integrated natural gas company with end-to-end value chain coverage and a clean energy diversification arm under the GSPC Group (a Government of Gujarat undertaking), is into Exploration & Production (E&P), Gas Trading, City Gas Distribution (CGD) and Renewable Energy Generation. Educational Qualifications
- AVP – HR: Graduate in any discipline with Full-time MBA / MHRM / MSW / MLW or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Organisation Development or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.
- Installation Manager – E&P: Full-time Bachelor's / Diploma Degree in any Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.
- Officer (Fire): Degree or Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering from an educational institution recognized by the Central Government.
- Officer (Safety): Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Science with Industrial Safety qualification recognized by the Central Government, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized Regional Labour Institute.
- Workover cum Production Engineer: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Petroleum Engineering / Petroleum Technology / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Supervisor (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Electrical Supervisor's License covering Mines Installation.
- Commercial & Marketing: Full-time Any Graduate or equivalent; MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Business Management / Finance preferred.
- Finance & Accounts: Full-time Graduate in Commerce (B.Com.); CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com. preferred.
- Technical (PE/PNG | Steel | CNG): Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- HSE & AI (Asset Integrity): Full-time Degree in Engineering / Technology in Mechanical / Chemical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation / Petroleum or equivalent.
- Non-Technical Functions: Full-time Graduate in any discipline; Materials Management / Supply Chain / Communications / Commerce preferred.
