Remuneration (Regular Positions)
- GREO-03: Approx. Rs. 30.77 Lacs per annum (CTC revision due in July 2026).
- GREO-04: Approx. Rs. 26.11 Lacs per annum (CTC revision due in July 2026).
- GREO-05: Approx. Rs. 23.26 Lacs per annum (CTC revision due in July 2026).
- On Contract positions: Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry.
Educational Qualifications
- AGM – CS & Legal: Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B.
- AGM / SM – Marketing (Industrial Chemical Products): Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with First Class, preferably with MBA (Marketing).
- AGM / SM – HR & Admin: Full-time MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW or equivalent.
- AGM / CM – Business & Strategy / Chemical: Full-time B.E. / M.E. in Chemical Engineering with First Class.
- Chief Manager – Training Centre: Full-time MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW or equivalent.
- Chief Manager – Hospital Administrator: Full-time any Graduate / Post Graduate in Health care / Hospital Management or equivalent.
- Chief Manager / Senior Manager / Manager – Finance: Qualified CA / CMA from ICAI / ICMAI (Manager – Finance: B.E. (Any Discipline) with MBA – Finance).
- Senior Manager – Management (Marketing): Full-time B.E. in Chemical Engineering with MBA – Marketing.
- Senior Medical Officer: MD (Physician) from Recognized University with IMC Registration; MD (CIH) preferable.
- Medical Officer: MBBS or MBBS (CIH) from Recognized University with IMC Registration.
- Liaison Officer: Full-time MBA (Import-Export and / or Supply Chain Management) with First Class.
- Commercial Officer: Full-time MBA (Hospitality Management and / or Finance) with First Class.
Note: Knowledge of Gujarati language preferred. Candidate must be Computer & Technology Savvy and conversant with HRMS / ERP modules, preferably SAP.
