Eligibility
- Education: Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB/M.Ch/D.M) or equivalent in the concerned specialty, recognized by MCI/NMC and registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 01.07.2026
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only
Salary & Tenure
- Pay: ₹67,700/- (Level-11, 1st Cell) + NPA @ 20% + other allowances as per Central Government Services (R. Pay) Rules 2016
- Tenure: 44 days (temporary/tenure basis)
Application Fee
- All Candidates: ₹500/- (Non-Refundable, paid on spot at GMCH)
- Multiple post applicants need to pay only once

How to Apply
- Download the prescribed application form from gmch.gov.in
- Fill the application form duly
- Attach self-attested copies of: educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, date of birth proof, MCI/State Medical Council registration certificate, internship completion certificate, MBBS mark sheets (1st–Final Prof), NOC from present employer (if applicable), recent passport-size photograph
- Report to Establishment Branch-II, Block-D, GMCH-32, Chandigarh between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on 20 July 2026
- Deposit ₹500 application fee on spot
- Carry original certificates for verification
- Appear for Walk-In Interview at 2:00 PM the same day

Important Notes
- Vacancies may increase or decrease
