Overview
Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida (autonomous institute under UP Government) invites applications for one (01) post of Scientist-B (Medical) on contractual basis for VRDL Research Projects (Advt. No. GIMS/2026/12 dated 30.08.2026; advertised in Hindustan Times and Dainik Jagran). Tenure: 11 months. Note: the post is not under GIMS establishment.

Eligibility
- Essential: MBBS / BDS / B.V.Sc. & AH recognized by MCI/DCI/VCI respectively; OR BDS / B.V.Sc. degree with one year experience.
- Desirable: MD in the related subject (MD/MDS/M.V.Sc preferred); post-doctoral research/training experience; knowledge of computer applications / BI tools / data management; 2 years R&D/teaching experience after essential qualification (MD/M.V.Sc treated equivalent to 3 years experience).
Age Limit
Upper age limit 35 years.
