The Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Kasna, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, an autonomous institute under the Uttar Pradesh Government, has invited applications for the recruitment of Medical Superintendent (MS) purely on a contractual basis. How to apply

• Visit www.gims.ac.in for the detailed advertisement. The online application form can be filled up on the website from 01-10-2026 onwards, and the last date to submit the online application is 30-10-2026.
• The printout of the online filled application form, along with self-attested photocopies of all documents including experience certificates, should be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post to The Director, Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Kasna, Greater Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar) - 201310, UP (India), by 7th November 2026 till 5:00 PM. The advertisement number and the name of the post should be mentioned at the top of the envelope.
• Application fee of Rs. 1180/- (Rs. 1000 + 18% GST) should be submitted online.

Documents to be uploaded online

• Date of birth certificate as mentioned in the Matriculation certificate.
• Certificates of academic qualifications including mark sheets and degree from each institution of higher learning attended, and official transcripts of each examination passed. If the records are not in English / Hindi, a certificate of English / Hindi translation must be provided.
• Complete teaching and other experience certificates.
• Official certification of distinction, prizes, medals, etc. received.
• No Objection Certificate from the present employer.
• A declaration that the entries made in the application are correct to the best of the applicant's knowledge and that nothing has been left out intentionally.

General conditions

• Applicants are considered only for appointment on a contractual basis.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be treated as cancelled.
• An advance application will be accepted, but a copy forwarded through proper channel, or a "No Objection Certificate" from the current employer, must be submitted on or before the date of interview.
• The Director, GIMS, Kasna, Greater Noida reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
• The number of posts indicated is provisional and subject to change without prior notice.
• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.
