- Assistant Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent with 2 years experience in Construction and Maintenance of Civil Engineering works and knowledge of Konkani.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/State Board or equivalent with knowledge of Konkani.
- Age relaxation for Government servants and reserved categories as per Government orders. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
