GeM invites applications for one Manager (Buyer Management - MoD and MHA) at E-3 level, on contractual engagement under the Project Management Unit for an initial period of five years, extendable on performance and organisational requirements
- The role is the single point of contact for Defence and MHA organisations and their buyer/consignee ecosystem; facilitate onboarding, capacity building and effective GeM utilisation, and monitor procurement trends and adoption
- Essential: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university and a minimum of 11 years experience in business development, key account management or a similar role
- Desirable: postgraduate degree; strong understanding of Government procurement, GFR, DoE procurement guidelines and the GeM framework; MS Office and BI reporting skills
